By accessing or using AutoAIConnect, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Platform Purpose

AutoAIConnect provides AI-powered tools, educational resources, vehicle payment estimates, equity insights, vehicle comparisons, and upgrade opportunity information designed to help consumers make informed vehicle-related decisions.

AutoAIConnect is not:

  • A dealership, lender, or leasing company
  • A vehicle broker or financing source
  • A credit repair organization or insurance provider
  • A financial advisor or legal advisor

AutoAIConnect does not sell vehicles, approve financing, negotiate transactions, or provide binding offers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using AutoAIConnect, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You may use the Platform solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with platform functionality or use automated tools to scrape or copy content
  • Upload malicious code or harmful software
  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

AutoAIConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Payment Estimates & Vehicle Information

All payment estimates, trade-in values, vehicle comparisons, equity calculations, financing examples, and upgrade recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Actual results may vary based on:

  • Credit history, credit score, and lender approval
  • Vehicle availability, dealer pricing, and manufacturer incentives
  • Taxes, fees, registration costs, and regional market conditions
  • Trade-in condition

AutoAIConnect does not guarantee financing approval, lease approval, vehicle availability, incentive eligibility, specific trade-in values, savings, lower payments, or vehicle pricing.

Users acknowledge that all information should be independently verified with dealerships, lenders, manufacturers, and other applicable third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, technology, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, and proprietary materials are owned by AutoAIConnect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute
  • Sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

without prior written permission from AutoAIConnect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoAIConnect shall not be liable for financial losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance upon information provided through the Platform. Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through AutoAIConnect.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoAIConnect, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of Platform content.
